Queen Serenity had been up before the sun, if for no other reason than that it took so long for her to get ready. She took her usual long, hot soak in a bath perfumed with flower petals and had her floor-length silver hair carefully washed by servants. She was served breakfast in her dressing-gown while she waited for her hair to be just as carefully dried and combed out; the weight of its extreme length pulled out most of the curl, but for a bit at the ends, which the servants encouraged into elegant spirals. When it was mostly dry and tangle-free, it was expertly bound into her signature buns and dangling pigtails.
A grand white gown with golden floral embroidery along the front and a train that made it better resemble a wedding gown was laid out on the high, antique bed in her chambers. The servants helped her into a corset meant to accentuate her slender waist, and then into the dress, finally slipping her small, delicate feet into a pair of white heels with golden crescent moon ornaments on the band that crossed the instep, leaving her pink-painted toenails on view. Similarly, her matching pink fingernails were set off with a large diamond ring-- on her right hand, so no-one would mistake it for an engagement ring and start rumours. Her rosebud lips were painted in a similar pink and her large blue eyes accentuated with subtle taupe eye shadow and just a touch of black kohl.
It was already time for lunch by the time the servants had finished dressing and primping her, but the queen wasn't taking hers just yet. She was expecting guests today, guests from afar, and it would be rude to begin eating without them. So she dutifully ignored the sounds her stomach made as she waited for said guests to arrive. It would be her first time ever meeting some of them.

Post by Princess Fia on Jul 29, 2018 19:41:17 GMT -5
After the attack on the academy and her henshining for the first time to protect the academy, Fia had been sent on a one-way trip right to the Moon Kingdom. Sighing heavily as the auto-piloted ship landed on the Moon, Fia fidgeted a little bit, Arisa and Haru had been put in carrying cages for the time being and she could see how uncomfortable they were-but if the rumors about the Queen were true then she knew it would be best to just keep them in their cages at least for the time being.
Stepping out of the ship after grabbing her backpack of belongings and the cages, Fia began walking up the stupidly long path to the palace. "Honestly...this is just overkill." She muttered under her breath, crimson eyes narrowing slightly. She couldn't believe her rotten luck at the moment. This was utterly ridiculous.
The last place she wanted to be was in the presence of this woman that pretty much ruled the entire system except for Earth. Her attire was her more confident one, a sleeveless crimson dress that had slits going all the way up to her thighs, and she had white gloves.
Pausing, she put the two cages down and adjusted the V shaped wide black leather belt. Lifting the cages again, she ignored the clacking of her stilettos on the stone beneath her. Simple silver bangles adorned her right wrist, and on her left wrist was the bracelet Cadenza had made her. It was a beaded smoke grey charm bracelet that had rubies on it and the only charm was a pretty orange mars symbol.
Her hair was in its usual style of four pigtails and the curly 'tails bounced slightly as she walked. As she entered the palace, she was taken to where the Queen was and Fia was stunned at how short, but elegant the woman was. Setting the cages down that held her pet Ravens, Fia bowed awkwardly to the Queen. "Your Majesty." She intoned quietly, keeping her tone formal "I am Fia of Mars, it is an honor to meet you."

Post by Princess Oya on Sept 3, 2018 22:49:35 GMT -5
Oya had never been to this side of the asteroid belt before. Getting here hadn't been quite as scary as she had expected; the pilot had ducked and dodged the ship around the asteroids expertly enough that there hadn't been any close calls. And on the other side it was like a whole new world full of cute little planets made of rock instead of the massive gas giant she had grown up around. It was kind of weird. Not that she didn't know such places existed, because she had learned about them in her classes, but she'd just never expected to see it in person. Now here she was landing in the almost blindingly white kingdom of Earth's single moon, about to meet the queen of, well, pretty much everything except the planet her moon circled, ironically enough.
She nervously and unnecessarily fussed with her dress, trying to make sure she was presentable enough to meet Queen Serenity in her emerald green halter dress spotted with what looked like eyes and bordered with an intricate geometric and floral pattern. She wore a lot of jewelry: large gold hoop earrings, beaded necklaces, arms full of gold bangles that she suddenly found herself wishing didn't make so much noise. She even slipped her feet into a pair of intricately beaded sandals for the occasion, just in case the queen would find her usual bare feet unacceptable. Her raspberry-hued hair was covered by a wrapped headdress in a similar green to her dress.
Don't be nervous. Don't fidget. Don't make a fool of yourself, she thought as she was escorted to the palace where she would meet the queen. I hope she likes me. I don't know if I could take it if she didn't.
Her thoughts were interrupted by the fact she wasn't the first to arrive to this meeting. She hadn't even known there was anyone else meant to meet the queen today besides herself, but there was a deathly pale-looking girl with dark hair and a dress that, at least in Oya's opinion, showed entirely too much of the pale girl's legs. And there were birds, for some reason? What were they doing there? She heard the girl introduce herself as Fia of Mars and wondered whether this girl was also destined to be a senshi.
"Your Majesty," she said with her best curtsy, "I am called Princess Oya of the planet Jupiter. Your niece has told me so many nice things about you. I am pleased to make your acquaintance."
Hopefully that hadn't been too informal. Having never met anyone of the Lunar Queen's caliber before (if any such person even existed) she wasn't entirely sure how she was supposed to introduce herself.

Post by Princess Anemone on Jan 16, 2019 1:58:45 GMT -5
Anemone arrived, with her normal escort. Even though she was staying on Ohtori’s Campus (Utena references forever…), her parents wanted to make she wouldn’t get into trouble -- again. No matter, she vowed to avoid going off on wild trips through the city. Well, at least until she was old enough to explore the city’s nightlife without a fake I.D.
Even though she had been looking forward to this lunch meeting, the young teen still felt a little nervous about it. After all, she wasn’t that close with any of the other princesses. She also had a lot on her mind from her recent trip to Jupiter. There were a few questions she had hoped to ask her aunt regarding Earth.
Anemone’s dress was a soft shade of goldenrod, accented by soft layers of chiffon. It had an empire style waist with simple beaded applique and cowl neckline. The skirting of the dress was relaxed and flowing, something which matched her overall taste in dresses. Her shoes were a pair of offwhite gladiator style flats. Her makeup was very minimal, a bit of gloss and some mascara. Her jewelry completed her dress; a pair of golden colored pearl stud earrings, and small daisy pendant on a long rose gold chain.
The princess gave a formal curtsey shortly after entering the room. Her two escorts waited outside the room.
“Good afternoon, Your Highness… honored guests. Ah, Oya! Princess Oya.” She paused to give a small nervous chuckle. “Very glad to see you again.”
