Our first contest will be an art contest. That could mean drawing, painting, graphics, sculpture (photographs of your sculpture only; do not send me physical sculptures), photography, collage, etc. whatever you like. Just make sure it is your own work and that it represents any character(s) from CI's 10-year history. You're wide open on whom you choose and how you represent them.
Our second contest will be a dolling contest. Using any of the dollmakers at Dolldivine, create a good likeness of any character(s) from CI's 10-year history. It's up to you whom you choose to make and whether you make them anime-style or lifelike, as long as it is recognisably a CI chara.
Rules for our contests:
1. You may enter each contest only once to keep things fair, so make sure to submit your best work.
2. Entries must be your own and must be created specifically for our contests.
3. Please do not post your entries elsewhere on the internet until the contests are over and the winners decided.
4. Entries are due by 11:59 pm ET on Saturday, August 19th. Late entries may be accepted only if the entries have not been posted yet.
5. Upload to a reliable free image host and PM the link to my Jo account. Entries will be posted anonymously to help keep voting fair.
6. Winners will be decided by poll. Polls will remain open for 1 week and will close automatically, so there can be no late voting.
7. There will be one winner per contest, except in case of a tie (in which case both will get prizes).
A note about prizes:
You must state at the time of winning whether you prefer a physical or virtual prize. If you prefer not to give out your physical address, please do not ask for a physical prize. Trust me, the virtual prizes will be worthwhile as well!
