Her eyes have a slight down turned shape, dropping on the outer corners. Her skin tone is a warm shade of rich buttery brown tone, akin to a delightful shade of caramel. Lips are full, almost mirroring that of a heart shape with a delicate cupid’s bow. Her hair, when left natural forms very tight ringlets that only stop to about her mid back. When her tresses are straightened, they stop at her lower back. Hair can be described as a rich carmine that fades towards a dark red at the tips. Eye color is a rich shade of peridot green.

When Anemone was about five, her first lessons came via a private tutor. While there wasn't a heavy emphasis it was clear that the young child was musically inclined vocally.
When the young girl turned six, her parents wanted took a few extra steps to make sure the young girl stayed out of trouble. Because her mother wished her daughter could do more than just "look pretty" she ordered that she take up a few fencing lessons with some of the other high-born girls of Venus. So, once a week, the girls all took their study in the gardens.
As she grew up the young princess excelled at numerous subjects her music lessons were by far her favorite. She would begin ballet lessons at the young age four and vocal at the age of six. The small princess would often fill the hallways with various peaceful tunes. With their world at peace, the royal family had the time to travel freely and the young girl came to enjoy visiting the royal gardens of Adonis and a few other large cities. Her parents would take many trips to the closer planets as well, such as the Lunar city, Mercury, and Mars.
While the palace was a lovely place to study, the Anemone often expressed interest in attending a normal school. Reluctantly, her parents gave in and Anemone began classes at the prestige Ohtori Academy. The school founded by the more affluent citizens. The young princess could make many friends because of her status, but choose to keep only a few close friends in her inner circle.
As before, while her grades were generally decent, the young girl's focus was music, but she began to branch out with performing arts such as acting. Like most normal teenagers, Anemone began to grow more curious about the world around her. This inspired the young teen to sign up for school trips and signed up for as many school plays and musicals as she could.
When Anemone did step out in public, she did have to deal with the press, the public, and the random overly obsessed fan. While there were no large groups that publicly protested the monarchy, there were a few small fringe groups. One day, a man almost made it past her guards and shouted about her father was an "Onion-chan" for still seeing the Martians on friendly terms. Ever the bright girl, she used her words... even though the man was still tackled to the ground. Anemone was forced to learn the art of negotiations early, even took up a few political classes with the hopes of avoiding similar problems when it was her time to rule.
As Anemone grew older, she found ways to take more trips with friends. The more public the location the more guards she would have to bring along. The young princess spending more time in the "outside world" also meant more unwanted attention. This wasn't a problem until she hit a bit of a rebellious phase as she turned 13.
Many a private guard was met with a pink slip because they either failed to keep the young princess from running off, or because something the press got a hold of. A good example was the time Anemone "borrowed" her father's personal craft to take a joy ride around Deimos. But thanks to tougher guards (rumored to be trained on Mars...) and her parents taking out more harsh punishment, Anemone soon calmed down a bit, just a bit.
When Anemone turned 14 she finally learned how to operate a personal spacecraft, and operate a Lady Bug. (a personal hovercraft capable of going into orbit, but not really used for long distance travel… as it’s just a vehicle for learners…).
The teen would discover her henshin during one such adventure, a visit to the infamous ruins of Calliah. The ruins, located in the oldest part of the city, are what remains of the first buildings from centuries ago. The temples, accented by tall marble pillars. still bore the scars of the infamous battle with Mars. Yet to Anemone, the ruins held an almost quiet beauty. Even though her parents made her take a formal escort.
While she didn't mean to give her guards the slip (just like in all those corny horror stories… you know, where the idiot ends up alone in the woods). Anemone found herself alone among the ruins of a temple to a long-forgotten goddess of the love and fertility. Something gold caught her eyes, a slightly heart-shaped locket. As the young princess reached for the item the sound of footsteps reached her ears. She was not alone, something worse than a nosey fan was around the corner. Without warning, something hit the stone pillar near her, debris caused her to stumble. The young princess spun around and came face to face with a winged harpy youma carrying a massive spear.
"None shall live... all shall die!" yelled the creature.
Without hesitation, the young princess used the locket to summon her first henshin “Venus power, make up!”
Sailor Venus’ first plan of attack was to figure out a way to disarm her opponent. The creature was a might bit faster than her, which made things all the harder! But in her seconds of most dire need, the Sword of Aphrodite took shape before her! Venus took the sword, and summoned up “Calista's Sonata”. With the creature disarmed but the sudden hailstorm of metal, she could slice its wings off before severing its head.
With her parents' blessing, Anemone was given permission to spend an entire semester abroad. Having heard found stories of the Moon Kingdom, this was the princess' first choice. Yes, this is the excuse Anemone told her parents. Her real reason for wanting to visit the Lunar city was to experience its nightlife. It would seem the teenager had grown a bit tired of her life and wanted some fun.

Senshi Fuku: The bodice of her uniform is noir. Keeping her top up is a strip of English red (a pinkish red) fabric. The skirting of her fuku is a vibrant shade of goldenrod. Layers of fabric wrap around, with the front slightly shorter than the back. Her collar matches the hue of her skirt, yet stays a solid goldenrod color. Her brooch is made up of an orange topaz gemstone that sits upon the upper portion of her chest. The bow, on her back, is an English red color that is reminiscent of autumn roses. Her senshi tiara is made up of English rose-hued beads and a central topaz star at the center. Gloves are English red, opera length and fingerless, a topaz band sits at the ends. Her shoes are a pair of gladiator sandals, with straps that stop just below her knees, in a rich shade of goldenrod. Her earrings are small heart-shaped stones in a rich pinkish red shade. The center of her choker is a small heart shaped locket with a symbol for Venus at the center.
Henshin: As Anemone called out the phrase "Venus Power, Make Up!" swirl of gold begins to pour from her henshin item, Nails begin painted with a warm topaz hue. She raisings her right hand skywards as flecks begin to form a swirling shield that protects her from during this transformation. Flecks of golden ki swirl around her body and slowly begin to shape the main part of her top and skirt. A long band forms around her upper mid torso to make up the black band of her fuku. As the shield suddenly shatters, the golden petals form her tiara and choker. Her henshin item reappears as her choker. The transforming senshi moves gracefully, standing in a first position ballet pose, gloves and shoes take shape from the residual petals.
Powers:
Midas Projection: Venus moves en pointe as she calls out the main phrase. “Midas Projection” As she spins around, her arms twirl upwards as a single orb of gold begins to bloom within her right hand. The orb begins to "bloom", gradually taking the shape of a rose. As she holds the rose outward, with both hands... the petals suddenly scatter... they turn into sharp pieces of metal in a scattered blast.(the same way a shotgun "shatters")
Calista's Sonata: Venus takes a formal "en-garde stance". She raises her sword outward, aiming it towards the enemy, foes (or demon crab from beyond the moon). She shouts out the main phrase before lunging forward. As she does so, the hilt of the sword begins to glow. Glittering shards of metal begin to form around the blade of the sword... as the weapon is slashed forward the bits of metal from tiny orbs at her target. The attack has a more focused effect than the previous.
Weapons or Magical Items: Sword of Aphrodite: A long sword with a double blade about 32 inches in length. The hilt is made of a gold alloy (because gold alone is too soft...). The hilt is accented by an ivy leaf design, with crescent shapes on either side of the hilt.

Her long carmine tresses had been bound up on a bun, a few loose curl strands were left loose, gracefully framing her face. A tiny microphone was clipped to her neckline.
