(June 2nd) Morning Glory (open!) (10am)

[Princess Anemone]

"Perhaps you will get to meet her one day?" commented Anemone, "The palace gardens are very pretty. Although, I have been told they look their best when there's a full Earth in the sky" She paused a moment, tapping her chin. "Speaking of which, I want to try to visit Earth. I am not sure how I will get this done..."

"The lunar palace really is beautiful as well..." added the Venusian princess. "The tea room I visited was so lovely, so many beautiful painted portaits and such"

"Yes! Well... the ones that lay beyond the asteroid belt. If I were a more experienced pilot I probably would have tried to visit one of Jupiter's moons by now" Even though she could very easily set a personal craft to auto, there was a very real risk that her craft could accidentally get hit. She would need a few more hours with a virtual trainer before she felt confident enough to take such risks.

"That's the thing, sometimes you cannot wait for your parent's approval. As long as you have a well thought out plan -- you can do anything... hehe, almost anything" Surely Artemis would have shot her a look for such a statement! Oh well, her small feline companion was probably sunning himself on a nice window back home.

"Oh, you would really love the gardens of Adonis! I will ask my father if you can take a few rose seeds to study" replied Anemone with a smile.

"Oooh? What would happen if you lower the temperature too much? You know, it's rather silly... but I have never experienced a winter before. It's a miracle of science and nature that Venus is livable at all" Anemone commented. "The weather in the capital is very... tropical? It's amazing they were able to cultivate a strand of roses that can survive the constant heat and humidity"


"That was a nice stroll! Time always flies when you are having fun" Anemone followed Eirlys into the shop, very thankful she had help in picking out a tablet.


When it was finally time for lunch she had more than worked up a good appetite. "Thank you" Anemone replied with a smile "I also hope you can show me how to set up a playlist..."

"I would love to get roses from Venus, thank you." Eirlys smiled back at the princess, quite happy about making a new friend and the two already possibly being able to share plant life from their planets.

At the Princess's query, Eirlys thought about it a moment, then smiled a little, and typed something into her tablet. A few moments passed then the temperature lowered and more sun screens overlapped the domes, and soft, white, flaky stuff started falling from the sky.

"Behold. Snow." She said happily. "I asked my parents to lower the temperature so you could experience a little blast of winter. It won't last long but, it's one of my favorite things at times, to get a little bit of winter in the midst of summer."

A warm smile appeared on Eirlys' face as she seemed to come more alive in the snow and cool weather, giggling as a snowflake touched her nose. "Also, I would love to show you how to set up a playlist." She added as the snow fell peacefully about them. "It'd be fun, and I'd love to see what kind of music you like."

"You're welcome!" she gave the other princess a warm smile, very glad to have made a new friend that day. The idea of showing Eirlys the Adonis Guardians. Plus, there were other places around the capital she was sure the other female would like

"Oh wow! So this is snow," Anemone commented with a slight chuckle. Her gaze followed the falling snow flakes in a bit of awe. "I've seen pictures and such, images from far of worlds with mountains covered in white, but never seen any up close"

The young princess reached out her hand to catch one of the falling flakes " Wow... the snow flakes look so pretty! Like little pieces of lace... Maybe one day I can visit a land covered in snow. Not sure how I will handle the cold though, she replied with a slight chuckle"

"Thank you!" Anemone takes a moment to think, "Mmmmm... I guess I listen to a little bit of everything. Mostly whatever is popular from Venus, think there are also a few new pop stars from the other planets I like too. So I guess anything really catchy and cheerful? I also like a few instrumentals too"
