Regno is sexy because she's a strong, independent, powerful woman. I hate the usual stereotypes of weak, stupid females who need a male to rescue and protect them.
Dev? I would almost say yes, 'cause he has that crazy-dangerous thing going, but he has that nasty smoking habit, which is definitely not sexy.
