Not All Of Us Hate You(Tues 4/2)(Open)

The Argenian Embassy was something of wonder to Hibiki. He had wanted to meet with any Argenian he could to hear their story and to become friends, hopefully helping close the gap between their races. He was disheartened to find so many people against these visitors. Sure, there was a damn good reason, but Hibiki knew that to dwell on the past was the pathway to Hell.

Regardless, he walked up to the Embassy, wondering if he should just enter or if he should have called first. Normally, he would have an appointment scheduled, but as he lived in Crystal Tokyo, he felt it wasn't really necessary. Honestly, all he wanted was to become friends with the Argenians. He then decided to sit on a tree stump and begin playing the guitar he always had with him. It seemed like it was another limb attached to his body. He didn't sing, but he instead just played. Hibiki really didn't care if any of his fans decided to call him a traitor, because he never saw the reason in any form of racism. He sat there quietly strumming, hoping someone would come meet with him.

The Argenian Embassy was a gated community, more so for their own protection than for the protection of the Crystal Tokyo citizens. Hate towards the aliens that had caused so much damage still ran rampant, though you wouldn't know it from the pristine white walls and wrought iron fencing that surrounded the park-like embassy. Trees lined the walls on the side and the drive, two Royal Palace Guards posted at the gate as part of the Special Entourage assigned to the Embassy. Their uniforms differed from the uniform of the Captain of the Royal Argenian Guard, a man who approached the gate along the drive. A opalescent colored car, now completely emission free and running on the beauty of fuel cells, had driven up with it's gentle, humming and almost musical engine. A driver had dropped off the Captain, a man named Eleazar Lugh after he had met with the Queen Serenity's Advisers and Queen Ava.

He stepped out of the car, a glistening figure of white against the green leaves of the bushy maples that lined the short drive back to the city streets. The Embassy sat on a isolated little island in the middle of Crystal Tokyo, surrounded on all sides by small parks, no more than a football field big. The sunlight glistened off the silver on his chest, a chest that had once worn many emblems of service to the Argenian Kingdom, but now was clad in crisp white with touches of emerald green velvet along his jawline. His long hair was brushed back, bushy, and jagged bangs hanging down over his narrow, and tired lavender eyes. He was an Argenian... one of the highest ranked among the survivors. Those twin tails of hair that hung from his temple, along his jaw and down to his chest had become known as an old fashioned style worn by Argenian Nobility.

It was the Titular Viscount, Eleazar Lugh, Captaina of the Royal Guard who now approached the gate and the man who sat outside of it, strumming a guitar with pale, azure hued hair that was pulled back from his face. As he walked by him, boots cicking on the cobblestones of the drive, Eleazar allows his gaze to fall on the earthling who was playing outside his home. Instinctively, his hand went to rest on his sword's hilt. More than a decoration, Eleazar was one of a handful of Crystal Tokyo Citizens allowed to wear a sword in public. Japan had a strong tradition of swordsmanship and as a result, the Crystal Palace Royal Guard had gone back to the sword tradition as well as carrying firearms, but Eleazar was not a Crystal Palace Royal Guard and so had to obtain special permission.

He did not pause as he walked passed the man, but his walk slowed as his gaze turned towards him, as silent as expected.

Hibiki stopped his gentle strumming as a man gazed though his eyes. His first reaction should have been one of surprise and fear, as the man staring him down seemed to not like Hibiki's intrusion near the Embassy. His golden-hued eyes continued to take in the new arrival.

Hibiki's initial thought was that this must be an Argenian, primarily due to his appearance. The man was far too well dressed to be one of those nasty rioters and bigots. He also carried a sword, which was something that was rare outside the Palace Guards. It was obvious that Hibiki felt excited, but he kept his emotions settled, especially after seeing a hand resting on the hilt of the sword.

He sighed briefly, bowed, and then said, "Good morning, sir. May I inquire as to whether or not you are an Argenian? I assure you I mean no harm in the question. I honestly just wish to meet with you and your interesting people. My name is Kugenin Hibiki. I am a singer and songwriter."

He once again gazed into the man's eyes. He had hoped that his words would allow him to not only enter the Embassy, but to also learn of this man and his people. However, would things go the other way... well, Hibiki hoped that they wouldn't so he wouldn't have to run.

The man's strumming came to a halt, the strings plucked a bit by the last few movements of skilled fingers across the strings. He would slide the guitar to the side, the leather strap across his shoulder keeping it secure. The young man did not rise to his feet but rather remained seated on that low-stump with a hand balancing the body of the well-crafted guitar on his thigh and hip. Even after centuries, science had not improved on the masterful quality of instruments. It still took a skilled hand to make song and to craft the instruments. Stradivarius' lessons had not been forgotten.

Eleazar turned to face him, lifting his chin up to the side as he spoke. The Argenian remained silent, his deathly pallor skin washed out against the sapphire of the sky. His lips remained in that unimpressed, relaxed state, while his pale lavender eyes twinkled in the sunlight. He looked down his nose at the man, feeling his age decidedly and the year's worth of prejudice and hate that had been spun to his people. This child had no reason to be at their compound. No one did. As he rattled off his reasons Eleazar turned his head away with a roll of his eyes, a heavy, angry exhale. Unbelievable. He sounded as if he was trying to get an application at a supermarket.

His fingertips tapped on the sword's hilt. It was a simple silver blade, but it was embedded in it's white-leather shealth with a chape and locket of silver. The cross guard was a simple t-shape, silver metal that started thick before becoming slender in the middle and flaring out at the end of the guard. The grip was wrapped in ebony leather with a small silver cage encircling a clear orb of crystal at the pommel. Without a word, Eleazar turned away from the man and began walking. He didn't like feeling like he was being talked down to. He was a Viscount and a Noble Guard of her Majesty. Didn't his mere appearance, his long hair, the uniform give away that he was Argenian? It wasn't like these sort of things were kept secret. His feet carried on, his and not relaxing as his thumb pressed into the pommel's orb hard. Where was Kou when he needed her, to shoo away the curious, the gawkers, the angry ones?
